Physical Therapist Speaks with LHS Students During Career Chat

Brandi Brown, a physical therapist for Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (SOS), recently stopped by Liverpool High School to speak with students about her career in physical therapy. Brown’s visit was part of LHS Career Chats, a series featuring local professionals discussing careers available to the students after graduation.
As part of the last career chat of the school year, Brown discussed her role at SOS and the variety of services the office offers its patients. She also spoke about being a highly accomplished swimmer, runner and triathlete who has transitioned into a coach and trainer for her own business called T2 Multisport. Brown has worked at SOS since June 2014.
Prior to joining SOS, she was a senior staff physical therapist at Fitness Forum and a member of the sports medicine staff at Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Utica College.
